HS STAFF - an American agency to find and hire staff abroad. The company is focused exclusively on the representatives of American businesses who are interested in seasonal hiring entry-level employees working in the service sector.

The company has a database of profiles of students from different countries who are ambitious, hardworking, who speak English and want to work in the U.S.. HS STAFF fully authorized by the U.S. Government who conducting the program Work and Travel USA. All students receive a J-1 visa and are ready to work in the U.S..

Since 2011 the company decided to strengthen its position in the Internet: it was registered a new domain name and it required to develop a completely new site that meets modern requirements.

DeltaShadow has chosen as the developer. Also the deadline of project was established - January 15, 2011. Totally about 3 working weeks were given for the entire project. Firstly, we defined audience of the site and the main purpose of the site. Statement of work has been compiled and approved in the shortest period of time. 2 mockups based on the layout of the site were developed, one of which was chosen as the final and has been finalized.

Website design is bright and colorful. Orange was chosen as the corporate color of the new company. Site menu built in such a way that a person who is first time on the site to quickly understand it and register on the site.

For the employer, you can choose your type of business and instantly find information about profession you chose. Also there is the information about the J-1 visa, DS-form and so on. Calculator, counting taxes when dealing with HS STAFF was developed. Each employer has its own profile, which stores its staff hiring requests, based on this list, HS STAFF picks the staff for the employer, according its requirements.
